Prof. Dr. Philippe Vereecken

Professor Dr. Vereecken is a diehard electrochemist who specializes in nanomaterials, which he has  successfully combined with the development of rechargeable lithium battery technology. At imec, he spearheaded and led the research and development of nano-Solid Composition Electrolyte (nano-SCE) – a product that lies at the very foundation of SOLiTHOR’s growth and mass deployment of solid-state lithium cells for commercial vehicles.
